When we call you back we will ask you some simple questions about yourself and your business this will enable us to get a feel of what you're all about and help us complete the Customer Application Form on your behalf.
This will be posted to you for your signature; once signed send the form back to us in the provided SAE and your account will be opened on the day we receive it.
You will be able to trade with us straight away on a COD basis - we also take most major debit and credit cards for your convenience.
If you wish to pay us by business cheque or use a monthly account facility two references will be required; our Customer Service team will be able to provide further details.
THE BENEFITS
Once we have given you your unique customer number and password you will be able to enter the customers area of our website giving you access to price list information which you will be able to download in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format (if don't have acrobat you can download it free via our site ) .
We give you the ability to change the business details we hold for you for example - if you wish to amend telephone numbers etc you can e-mail back any changes and we will update our records on the master account system we hold at our head office.
Once you have placed some orders with us you will also be able to use our shopping list web site.
